   The Web Site is made available by HiPP Baby Club/HIPP Organic - referred to in these Conditions as “we”, “us” or “our”.

   HiPP Baby Club and HiPP Organic are trading names of HiPP UK Limited (Company no.04498995).

2. Registration

   This Web Site is directed to adults in the United Kingdom and is not intended for children under the age of 13. By registering to this Web Site you confirm that you are 13 years or over and that you are a UK resident.

   Registration of the HiPP Baby Club is open to all UK residents who are pregnant and/or have a child up to and including 18 months of age.

   We may at our sole discretion refuse registration to the Web Site.

   Any user name and/or password we issue to you are personal to you and you may not share these with and/or transfer these to any third party.

   You are solely responsible for any user name and/or password that we issue to you and shall immediately notify us if you are aware of any breach of security and/or unauthorised use of your user name and/or password.

   We may at our sole reasonable discretion, suspend or cancel your registration if you breach any of these Conditions.

3. Privacy

   The information that we obtain through your use of the Web Site, whether collected through the registration process, submitted by you in posts to the Web Site, or otherwise, is subject to our Privacy Policy available here. That Privacy Policy addresses our collection and use of the data you provide to us, including your rights relative to that information. Please review the Privacy Policy before you use the Web Site. By accessing and/or using the Web Site, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you are unwilling to accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using the Web Site.

4. Public Areas & Forum Services

   Parts of the Service (such as HiPP Baby Club Chat Forum) provide an opportunity for users to exchange information, news and views. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and users should refer to the specific terms and conditions of use of the forum areas (please see Discussion Forum Rules) before using these services. If you access and/or use the forum areas, you will be deemed to have accepted the Discussion Forum Rules.

5. Visitor Material And Content

   You are solely responsible for all content that you submit, post, or otherwise make available to or through the Web Site. By doing so, you (1) represent and warrant to us that such content is not confidential and that you have all necessary permission to submit, post and otherwise make available such content; (2) grant to us and our affiliates a worldwide, nonexclusive, perpetual, fully sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute (including, without limitation, making available on-line, electronically transmitting or otherwise communicating to the public), perform, and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide via the Web Site or otherwise, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed; and (3) consent to all relevant acts or omissions in relation to your moral rights in such content which may or might otherwise constitute a breach or infringement of those moral rights and to the extent permitted by law, waive all your moral rights in such content.

   11. violate the security of the Web Site or engage in unauthorised decompilation and/or decryption of protected materials.

Any breach of these Conditions may lead to us reporting your activities to your internet service provider, your employer, the Police, relevant authorities and/or to legal action being taken against you.

13. Termination of Your Access

    We may at any time terminate your use of the Web Site and may remove or delete any or all of your content within the Web Site, without prior notice to you, for any reason that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate.

14. End of Membership

    Communication via e-mail and post from the HiPP Baby Club will cease when your child is 18 months old. After this period, you can continue using your blog up until your baby is five years old but if it has not been updated for a period of 6 months, we reserve the right to de-activate the file to a read-only document. We will hold a copy of de-activated blogs on the Web Site for a period of five years, as a read-only file. If you wish to retrieve a digital copy of your blog, we will charge a nominal fee. The HiPP Baby Club also reserves the right to impose a nominal fee for the maintenance for blogs that have been active for extended periods of time, as it deems appropriate. De-activated blogs can be retrieved by contacting a representative of HiPP Baby Club by e-mail at administrator@hippbabyclub.co.uk.

    If you believe that any specific content available on the Web Site either infringes your rights (including without limitation any intellectual property rights), or is otherwise unlawful, and you would like to file a complaint with us, please click here.

15. Severability

    If any provision of these Conditions is found by a court or other binding authority to be invalid, you agree that every attempt shall be made to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions contained in these Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Applicable Law

    These Conditions and the resolution of any dispute related to these Conditions or the Web Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between us and you related to these Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
